Mate, if you wanted to pimp this out you'd need ALOT of $$$, to get that thing up to scratch you'd need a new interior as its all ripped and dirty. New alot of things,
If i were you though, if you really want to start out on it get new headunit, new speakers, amp and a sub. Atleast then you can throw that in the face of the haters!
These camrys can come out pretty nice, but it'll take ALOT of work! and $$$

I would afta the rego n that, id take it to a car painter n get it checked 4 rust n get a new paint job, not a full make over that costs heeps but just a re-spray/buff so she looks all clean n pretty n when they do that they will cut any rust out n re line anything that needs it. But get the paint done b4 or when you get the bodykit put on otherwise you will have a 2 tone car n that looks realy interesting.
But PLZ PLZ don't spend all your money on the looks the best thing you should do n the first is to fix/do up the engine, do a major survice, replace belts that are getting old, air pod/filter, exorst, tyres (rims, suspention, lower) make it running sweet b4 you spend the glamour money. There's no point in driven a car that looks nice but runs like sh*t.
